Tyra Banks

Tyra Lynne Banks (born December 4, 1973) is an African-American television personality, author, actress, singer, executive producer, talk show host, and former supermodel. She is well known for her role as the host and judge of the reality television show America's Next Top Model. Banks is widely recognized as one of the world's premier fashion models, and was one of the original Victoria's Secret Angels. Banks also currently hosts her own daytime talk show The Tyra Banks Show. Tyra Banks was born in Los Angeles, California, USA to Don Banks and Carolyn London. She was raised in Inglewood, California with her brother Devin, and attended Immaculate Heart High School, an all-girl, independent Catholic private school in Los Angeles. Growing up, she was very thin and often teased; she was considered to be "ugly." Banks later said that this was a very difficult period for her and she developed a "very strong self-image problem." In 1991, Banks was about to begin her freshman year at Loyola Marymount University when Elite Model Management gave the 17-year-old her first modeling job. Prior to this entry into the fashion world, Banks had been rejected several times for modeling assignments. In fact, she states that she did not consider her first job to be the start of a long career in fashion: "An agent saw pictures of me and said that I was the only girl she wanted to take back to Paris... I didn't leave thinking I was going to be some big fashion model. I just wanted to make money for college." a leadership program created by Banks for young girls that according to the organization, "reinforces core values of trust and support, challenges teen girls to resist negative social pressures, and enhances self-empowerment—inspiring girls to become confident leaders in their communities." She has also established the Tyra Banks Scholarship, a fund aimed at providing African-American girls the opportunity to attend her alma mater.
I'm a big fan of Tyra Banks. I always give time to watch her shows, specially America's Next Top Model and of course The Tyra Banks Show. She's an inspiration for everyone. So what if she had a wide forehead or big hips. The thing is she's always being true to everyone. Aside from being one of the most indemand celebrity in hollywood, she still see to it that her feet is always on the ground. A real role model We love you Tyra! You're the best!

Stephanie is my name. But my offline friends call me Paning or just plain Steph. I was born 15 years ago and the exact date is March 17 1993. Julia Winter and I have the same birth date. Haha.
I'm currently residing at Alaminos City, Pangasinan, PHILIPPINES. And studying in a Catholic school named Colegio San Jose de Alaminos. I've never been into a public school. Counting my days as a Senior High School Student and doesn't know what to do after graduation. I love makings friends, especially in school. That's the great thing about me. I can easily catch the heart of a person. Haha. Well, not everybody.
A sensitive Pisces Rooster is just as stubborn, yet not as blunt as others. I consider the feelings of others and avoids confrontation or discord. I'm full of energy and charismatic but also deeply sincere and compassionate. I consider myself as a great communicator probably because I do possess the ability to tone things down a bit. I have boundless energy that sometimes gets caught up in detail which causes a lapse in concentration. I still have to learn to appreciate detail but not to harp on it, otherwise I may miss the final destination.
Other people says that I looked like a Korean, Chinese or Japanese. But they're wrong. I'm a one-fourth Spanish mestiza. With a wide forehead and chubby. I'm fat though I looked thin in my pictures. Haha. I love eating a lot and always craving for hot fudge sundae. I'm a certified dog lover. Actually I have four dogs. An internet freak who loves dancing and singing. And do believe that in every end of a tunnel there's always a light.
